Electric Fan Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) Radiator Fan Speed Controller. This controller features soft-start, variable speed and constant temperature fan control. This PWM controller greatly reduces average fan noise and power consumption when your engine does not need full cooling capabilities. This controller is intended to be mounted to the inside of an aluminum radiator shroud, between the radiator and the shroud, on the vehicle radiator core support, or separate mounting bracket supplied. *This controller cannot be used unless it is mounted to a metal surface that acts as a heat sink.
This controller works with vehicles equipped with a/c. The controller will provide and approximate 50% power supply to the fan(s) when the air conditioning clutch is engaged. The fan speed will then ramp up as engine temperature increases.
